    My older Ford Explorer had it serviced and checked due was driving to Southern California. Now I have the assurance and peace of mind - confirming vehicle in good working condition. Additional services were being offered... decided to defer and wait for the 100K service and according to the service rep Brandon that helped me - the vehicle does not show any issues at this time and okay to wait. Highly recommend the integrity and prompt service provided. Need to mention as well - Les who checked me in and informed me likewise of the 100K service that I need to get done for preventive maintenance and will prolong life of the vehicle. No pressure selling and just good recommendations...

    Easy car sales with Ashley Flores and her manager. I told them what I do not want as they tacked options in the price and I said they can take it off, but after a few back and forth, I got the price I wanted. So far the easiest car buying I've had so far, which is the 6th for the past 12 years.

    We had an amazing experience at Livermore Ford! We called in to see if the truck we had been interested in was available, and the sales manager and associate had the vehicle ready for us to check out and test drive, same day! They were very flexible with us on our arrival time as well. We came back the next day and we were able to turn in our current car at the top trade-in value rate! The finance manager was super efficient and streamlined the whole buying process for us. And, the employee in parts helped us with getting a towing kit installed in our truck for our fifth wheel trailer. Everyone was so personable and professional, and they all went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of, informed about each step in the process, and satisfied. We can't recommend them enough!
